4. Performance Contracts and Logistics
While these website Terms govern your digital interaction with our brand, all confirmed live and virtual performances are subject to a separate, legally binding Performance Agreement. That custom contract will explicitly outline:

• Payment schedules, retainers, and cancellation/force majeure policies.

• Technical riders, AV requirements, staging parameters, and venue logistics.

• Recording and videography restrictions during the live performance.
