Availability: Dates are only secured once a formal performance contract has been fully executed by both parties and any required retainer or deposit has been paid.

4. Performance Contracts and Logistics
While these website Terms govern your digital interaction with our brand, all confirmed live and virtual performances are subject to a separate, legally binding Performance Agreement. That custom contract will explicitly outline:

Payment schedules, retainers, and cancellation/force majeure policies.

Technical riders, AV requirements, staging parameters, and venue logistics.

Recording and videography restrictions during the live performance.
5. Limitation of Liability
