Accessibility Statement

“Jeff & Kimberly Bornstein,” and “Jeff & Kimberly | Magic & Mentalism,” both aka “Blindfold Entertainment” (individually and collectively, "we," "us," or "our")  are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for everyone. We believe an exceptional experience begins long before we step onto the stage, and we are continuously working to improve the user experience for all visitors to our website, applying the relevant accessibility standards.

1. Our Commitment to Accessibility
We strive to conform our website to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA standards. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
Conforming to these guidelines helps us ensure the web experience is user-friendly and inclusive for all corporate event planners, partners, and guests.

2. Accessibility Features on Our Site
To ensure a seamless browsing experience, our website incorporates several design practices, including:

  • Clear Typography & Hierarchy: High-contrast text formatting and clear layouts to assist screen readers and users with visual impairments.

  • Keyboard Navigation: Structuring site elements so that users can fluidly navigate our pages, links, and booking forms using a keyboard alone.

  • Alt Text for Media: Adding descriptive alternative text to our performance imagery and core visual elements wherever applicable.

  • Accessible Forms: Ensuring our booking and contact forms feature clear, screen-reader-friendly labels and logical input structures.

3. Live Event Staging & Inclusion
Our commitment to accessibility extends directly to our live corporate galas, keynotes, and close-up performances.

  • AV & Staging Coordination: During our technical walkthroughs with your venue staff, our team actively coordinates to accommodate spatial layouts, seating arrangements, and audio adjustments required for guests with physical or sensory needs.

  • Audience Interaction: When bringing guests on stage or interacting with them during a close-up mixer, we intuitively adapt our performance style to ensure every participant feels comfortable, respected, and fully included in the experience.

4. Ongoing Efforts & Feedback
Accessibility is an ongoing journey. We regularly review our digital infrastructure to identify potential barriers and implement improvements.
If you experience any difficulty accessing any part of our website, or if you have specific accessibility recommendations for an upcoming event booking, we want to hear from you. Please reach out to us with a description of the issue.
