A Surprise from the Past – Our Feature in Genii Magazine
We were today years old when we found out we were featured in Genii Magazine—eight years ago. Yep. You read that right.
A massive thank-you to our dear friend Alfonso for tipping us off. We had absolutely no idea we were included in one of the magic industry’s most respected publications, Genii: The Conjurors’ Magazine. It's a bit surreal, honestly. We were so locked in on the next gig, the next show, the next moment… we completely missed this one.
And it’s not just any issue. This one paid tribute to the legendary Irene Larsen—“Princess Irene”—a true icon in the world of magic. Irene co-founded the Academy of Magical Arts and the Magic Castle itself. Her legacy runs deep, and to be featured alongside a tribute to her? That’s an honor we don’t take lightly.
We’re humbled. We’re grateful. And we’re still kind of in shock.
Magic has given us so many unforgettable memories. Turns out, it gave us one more… we just didn’t know it until now.
